Starting her career as a Systems Analyst for Unisys Corporation, Denise has brought a solid foundation in technology and a belief in process to her solutions design.
Denise has a proven management track record in the IT services industry, with over 25 years driving growth, building, and delivering solutions. She was integral in the early foundation and growth of Strategic Staffing Solutions (S3) into a $300+ Million leader in the IT Services industry. She is an expert in the design and delivery of sourcing strategies to maximize supplier value for customers.
DMH & Associates
Denise founded DMH & Associates to deliver expertise in the IT service categories including outsourced services, contingent labor and outsourced solutions. She partners closely with her customers to optimize services procured in these categories and implement strategies to deliver strategic advantages for her customers.
Advanced Clinical / Advanced Group
Prior to DH & Partners, Denise was Senior Vice President at Advanced Clinical, responsible for the Outsourced Functional Services division for this pharmaceutical/biopharma clinical trial outsourcing firm. She restructured the service portfolio, developed a federally compliant infrastructure, and expanded the delivery models. She executed a comprehensive growth-readiness evaluation for the parent company, Advanced Group, with recommended organization structures, consolidations, and development priorities to position the company for successful growth.
Strategic Staffing Solutions
Denise was Executive Vice President and a founding executive team member. A key driver in the growth of this International IT Services firm from $2 Mil to $305 Mil in revenue, she developed and directed S3’s Managed Services Program (MSP) into the top revenue-generating service for the firm. Denise also directed / designed multiple international Build-Operate-Transfer programs, managed US and International branch operations, oversaw company operations, international legal affairs, managed key account assessment / consulting engagements.
Unisys Corporation
Denise was Senior Systems Analyst, specializing in project managing datacenter moves, consolidations, hardware /software rotations, after positions in technical OS support and user services.

BS in Computer Science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign College of Engineering.
MSA from Central Michigan University with focuses in technical training and change management.
